What is the minimum age requirement to apply?
Contributors must be at least 16 years old, though they will not receive monetary compensation. Instead, those under 18 may receive a full physical bundle as compensation if the project breaks even.
Are ships allowed in this zine?
Ships are NOT allowed in this zine. The only featured canon ship will be Solangelo, though it will be limited due to the zine’s goal of focusing on Nico and his multiple friendships with the PJO cast.
Will this zine contain NSFW content?
There will be no NSFW content in this zine.
Will you be accepting people who create problematic content?
We will try our best to not accept anyone who creates problematic/discriminatory content into our project.
Can I apply for multiple roles?
You can apply for multiple roles but will only be chosen for one.
Can I post WIPs or stream my piece?
There will be a time to show off your pieces during the preview/pre-order period. Aside from that, we ask that work in this zine not be shared outside the project until after leftover sales.
What does the compensation for this Zine look like?
The compensation for this zine will be split evenly amongst all the contributors and moderators after leftover sales have finished. Please note that creating art for a mythomagic card is voluntary. There will be no extra compensation. Once again, compensation will be split evenly amongst all zine participants. There will be no exceptions.
Can I post or sell my finished piece?
After leftover sales, the piece you created for the zine is completely yours. You’ll have complete freedom with what you choose to do with your work. But only after that time.
Will I be able to feature a Hades Game character in my piece?
Due to Supergiants’ restrictions with selling fan merchandise, we ask that you do not draw any of the characters from the game. However, we will allow a Hades AU, where you can feature a character inspired by the universe of Hades Game. Everything in the AU must be inspired, and not directly copied. For example, you may make a weapon for Nico inspired by Hades Game, you cannot draw Stygius or the like.

Applications Guidelines

Page Artist
Page Artists' Applications will be judged on the usage of composition, colors, and backgrounds. The following must be present in your application:
An accessible link to your portfolio (google drive folder, social media (with a clear media tab) website, etc.)
At least 8 pieces in your portfolio (although you won't be faulted for not having that many, it is simply preferred to get an overall feel for your art)
You will be asked to link 3 pieces that best represent your artistic abilities. At least one of the examples must include a fully colored background. Artworks featuring Nico/PJO characters are not required.
Merch Artist
Merch artists will be asked to provide examples of the style they’d like to offer to this project. Along with that, they will need to specify the type of merch they’d be willing to create a design for as well as provide an idea for specified merch.
If you have samples of merch designs you have created before, those are highly encouraged to be included with your application.
Writer
Writers will be asked to present a portfolio of their writings, which can be an A03 account. The portfolio must link at least 3 pieces you feel best represent your writing abilities. The writings must be at least 1000 words with a word limit of 2,500 and are encouraged to be oneshots/shorter samples.
